How
to Join
A. "Membership" is an agreement to participate under
the rules, regulations, Code, policies and procedures
of FLYTAF. Membership entitles participation; it
does not create agency, nor authorize the member(s)
to be spokesperson(s) on behalf of FLYTAF. Membership
annually will cover the period of September 1 through
August 31.
B. Each new
Club of FLYTAF shall pay a membership fee of $250.00.
Payment of said fee is to be a prerequisite for
admission to membership, payable on demand of the
Treasurer. In addition, annual dues shall be $100.00
per Club, payable in advance. Each new member of
the FLYTAF shall pay a membership fee of $25.00.
Payment of said fee is to be a prerequisite for
admission to membership, payable on demand of the
Treasurer. In addition, annual dues shall be $15.00
per member, payable in advance.
C. FLYTAF will
provide a financial offset for Junior Olympic qualifiers.
D. Non Athletes,
coach, parent, volunteer and other are eligible
to vote at appropriate annual meetings.
E. By applying
for membership, the applicant consents to being
included in any random background check(s), if any,
conducted by the FLYTAF.
PROOF OF
AGE
Proof of age
is required when purchasing AAU and USA membership
at the District, Regional, and National levels of
competition and whenever challenged.
ACCEPTABLE documents are:
Original Birth
Certificate.
Municipal Bureau of Vital Statistics from the place
of birth.
A Consular Service Form FS 240, "Report on
Birth" issued by the US Department of State.
An unexpired passport.
An immigration and naturalization form 1-151 and
1-25 and Form No. 43R3117 issued by the US Department
of Justice.
A US Government Identification Card.
An Indian Tribal Enrollment Certificate from the
Bureau of Indian Affairs.
